We would like to invite you to sample our new service feature that offers
a simplified printing order place on the Internet.

As you visit and submit a sample order, think of the valuable time you will be able to save!

Order placement is clear, clean & quick.

You will even be able to print out proofs of such editable items as business cards.

Upon submitting your order, you would typically receive an immediate confirmation via email ...
since you will be "testing" this area in our Valued Customer sample area,
such a confirmation will not come to you through the sample site.
When we receive the sample order confirmation, we will forward it to you so that you will have
a visual concept of what the order confirmation looks like.

What are the advantages of this new service?

1. Convenience - place you orders 24/7 through the Internet

2. Visual Proofing - all printing requests will be visually provided for you to see (WYSIWYG)

3. Final Proof Printing from you office printer - when you submit business card orders see it in print!

(or other repeating print products that have individualization)

4. Purchase Order Number Assignments are available for your internal record management

5. Pricing Always Confirmed - whether you have a set price or variable quantity pricing provided to you by XLDesign4U,
the quantity of printed product you select will reflect the cost you expect to incur for each line item
along with it's current quantity selection.

6. Internal Approval Feature - If the person who places the order requires approval from others at your firm,

the printing order will be first sent to the designated and final "approver" in your company.

Then, after approval is completed, that person can simply click "submit" and your printing order is in process!

7. Comment Field - Have a comment or special request to add to your order? Simply type it in the comment field.

8. Historical Order Reference is provided and at your finger tips
- see what you ordered in the past in a viewable/printable format.

9. Speed - Business Card Orders placed prior to 2 PM on a given business day will be delivered the next business day.

                  This turn-around time is applicable to "shell" cards only; stationeries & non-shell cards may take longer.
                  Upon setting up your printed product needs with agreed upon pricing, we will provide you with turn-around
                  time frames for any given item. It is our goal to provide you with reliable & consistent service.

- The moment your order is submitted here's what happens:

A. Three confirmations (all the same) are simultaneously emailed to each of the following:

                     The printing press, XLDesign4U and of course, to your desk-top email "in box".
                     All three confirmation recipients will be able to see your order detail with the time it was placed,
                     the purchase order number you assigned to it;
                     the quantity you have requested for each particular line item,
                     & the cost you expect to incur (everyone sees the same page).

B. Printing Process Begins Immediately! (Assumes the order is placed prior to 2PM)

If your order is placed after 2PM, we will make every effort to provide a next-day delivery as is possible.

Otherwise, you can expect your shell business card order to be delivered within 2 business days

10. Security - Your individual company's printing product, pricing and ordering habits are kept secure with a unique

                     account number and password that we will assign to you upon
                     completion of your company's ordering site.

1. Point your Internet Browser to: http://www.orderprinting.com

2. Enter the following account number: 2037XL4U (this is not case sensitive)

3. Enter the following password: XL4U (this is not case sensitive either)

4. Type-in your name

5. Click on "Login"

6. Select "Place An Order"

7. Follow the steps and click about the site to your heart's content. If you are entering a phone number in a given field block, you can type in the word Phone for definition... type in the word E-mail if you're adding an e-mail adress also, etc., etc.
... submit your order - we've created a Valued Customer Business Card Sample just for you to play with!
We will send you a copy of the confirmation we receive via email whether or not you've requested to receive your own order confirmation
Don't worry, no printing will be processed ... it's a sample site only.
